Anti-Aging Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup homemade hemp seed milk (or other preferred nut/seed milk)
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil 
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric (can increase to 1 tsp)
  • 1 tsp. mesquite powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. maca powder 
  • 2 slices of fresh ginger 
  • 2 tsp. ground flaxseed 
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple 
  • 1 frozen organic banana 

How To 

In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients on medium-medium high until smooth. Pour, drink and enjoy! Sprinkle a little cinnamon and bee pollen on top for added beauty-boosting nutrients.
